Vanderhall 1.5 PCV FIX/ Re-Route

I have been perfecting my PCV fix / reroute kits for the 1.4 LE2 engine for years at this point. I since then developed and adapted my kits over to a few other vehicles and recently I designed and built versions that fit the Vanderhall 1.5 engine bay. As well as the older 1.4. I separated the 1.4 and 1.5 kits. This product listing is for the 1.5 version. This will be a direct install kit that is mostly plug and play. Once installed this kit will fix the oil / moisture dumping that fills up the turbo and intercooler system. Instead of the debris making amess in your intake, intercooler, pcv system, turbocharger, diverters, throttle body, and spark plugs it will send everything into my oil separator. I added pictures to show the types of debris found in the systems that gets cycled around. If you do not fix the issue this oil, moisture and fuel vapor clogs up a lot of components in the engine bay. This debris even eats up the rubber and plastic components found in these engine parts causing different types of performance and drivability issues.

The kit comes with the following:

All hoses are oil, moisture, fuel resistant

Oil Separator (Catch Can)

Oil Separator press fit holder for easy clean out this allows the canister to be picked right up out of the holder and the catch basin drained out with minimal effort

All brackets and bolts needed to mount the holder above the cross brace.

Exact length hose needed to reach the areas in the engine the kit will mount to.

Turbo PCV plug

All fittings hoses and route connectors will be pre built for you. All you have to do is modify 2 spots and bolt everything in place.

The kit also replaces the plastic tube that always cracks which runs on the side of the engine down to the turbo and blocks off the turbo inlet routing into the manifold for the reroute set up.

Add-ons:

Engine cover stand off kit. This kit comes with new studs, aluminum spacers, washers and mounting nuts. This is not needed for using the oil separator but personally I hate the engine covers mounting screws. I make engine cover kits and my version uses studs and spacers with nuts. This allows you to remove an engine cover but keep the studs in place. Once in place you can easily drop the engine cover in place and just bolt it down with nuts. Vanderhall did it a different way. They used mounting screws so you have to hold each bolt and spacer in place by hand and drop them with the engine cover but you cannot get your hand under the cover easy to do so. So to make life easier I added a kit so people who like to work on their autocycle can do so without headache.

I also added the options of new PCV valves and a Y tube. These need to be changed about every 50,000 miles. But when they start to age the valve get gunked up and the Y tube is one time use. So if you have to replace the valve the tube breaks off. I recommend if your Autocycle is older or has a lot of mile son it to replace these as well.
