Malibu 2.0 LTG Upgraded Intercooler System

I have been making Malibu and LTG 2.0 parts for a few years. In fact I have some nice dyno tested big turbos and amazing tunes for these cars among other parts I'm currently (slowly) adding to the website. Today I finally had time to upload media for my intercooler systems I have been building for the 2.0 LTG powered Malibu. The cool thing is these are custom made for each customer. I have offered a bunch of these and now they have the option of being powder coated with prismatic powders colors. I can do these cheaper with a raw aluminum look or you can now choose whatever color you like. The options will be in the drop down menu. The intercooler system does a few things for the car. It will increase air flow so the turbo can make more power. Especially if you are running a super cruzes 2.0 turbo you will want this set up. The intercooler system also removes all of the OEM plastic intercooler parts. Yes plastic. The oem intercooler core is half aluminum and half plastic. The OEM intercooler pipe that runs to the throttle body is plastic and the pipe that runs from the turbocharger under the car is made from radiator hose and very flimsy. The upgraded system I offer will upgrade everything to aluminum. Plus the colder intake temps will help with producing more power/ not losing power from heat soak. 

Please note: These intercooler systems have a lifetime warranty on them for any performance issues. I cannot warranty damage done due to neglect, accidents, stupidity, or just plain corrosion caused by crappy environments or vehicle neglect. If anything happens to your intercooler system call me and let me know, I typically help everyone who treats me with respect. These are high end parts that get handled and shipped with care and shipping insurance. I cannot control what a mechanic or an owner does to these after a system is shipped but I can help if needed. I can also offer powder coated cores ( that's the part we put behind your grill for cooling). With powder coat on the core they look and work amazing but you risk road debris damaging the core coating. Know this before you purchase. I cannot stop a rock from bouncing off an intercooler core at 70MPH on the highway but we can add some mesh behind your grill to help prevent this and protect your high end intercooler system.
