Ported intake manifold with PCV fix and catch can system 2010-2016 CRUZE Sonic Trax and Vanderhall.
These intakes are bought directly from GM. This means you get the best quality intake you can get for your CRUZE! Once received they are ported to the largest size you can physically get out of these intakes. And because they are an OEM product they are very thick. I custom port every intake and another everything out as much as possible for the best flow and power they can provide to my customers.
Add +15HP and +11TQ with this mod is what the average person will gain.
The factory intake manifold has "tumblers" in the intake runners- these are basically air dams / walls that take up the bottom 1/4in or so of each runner. These are for fuel economy purposes and not good for power. I remove these tumblers and at the same time smoothe out the material to reduce restriction. Then, I also smooth out a casting in the inlet side behind the throttle body that happens when the intake manifolds are manufactured at GM. Typically I see a lot of extra melted material in this section that I get rid of it for smoother flow and cleaner porting.
I'm working with Cruze kits on this version.
This version of the ported intake manifold will come with either the version 2 or the version 3.4 of the PCV fix kit from CRUZE kits. Your choice as to which one you want. As everyone knows I work with Andrei the owner of CRUZE kits to develop a catch can system that integrates with your PCV fix kit. Now I'm working on bringing you the best of Super Cruzes and Cruze Kits in one giant performance bolt on product!!!!!. I will install the PCV fix into it for you. So it's ready to bolt into your car without headache! Additional cost is for shipping and the cost of the PCV kit.
